Description

The Future Champion Awards are presented to businesses or individuals who use their influence in their communities to drive social and economic innovation that has a long-lasting impact. Future Champions strive to build a strong tomorrow where all Manitobans prosper and embody the belief that Manitoba is the best place to live and work.

Requirements

To be considered eligible for a Manitoba Champions Award, the business must:

  • Have been in operation in Manitoba for a minimum of one (1) year on or before the nomination deadline.
  • Be Manitoban.
  • Employ Manitobans.

Lieutenant Governor Awards for Outstanding Contribution to the Community by a Business
Requirements

Established in 2001, the Lieutenant Governor Awards for Outstanding Contribution to the Community were established by the Manitoba Chambers of Commerce to honour Manitoba's foremost business leaders whose exemplary accomplishments of vision, leadership, integrity, entrepreneurial spirit, and philanthropic contributions demonstrate consistent best practice in business at the highest level.

Recipients are personally selected by the Lieutenant Governor of Manitoba in collaboration with the Awards Committee.

Requirements
